[Dx-qsl] 6Y5WJ question

I rec'd a QSL from this station a while back and don't recall any problem.
I've worked a BUNCH of 6Y5's, and never had a problem with theft by mail or
the operator. If you look on IK3QAR.it Noithing pertinent to 6Y5WJ on that
site. You can see comments from other op's regarding the stability of QSL
practices. I'm on the borderline of concern with J69B considering it's been
over a month, and the comments posted on IK3QAR.it, but can't say anything
since it is only a month, and this is a hobby, no matter what some say.
