RP6A is a special event call sign issued to Vasily Samay (RA6AU), located in
Timashevsk, region (Oblast?) of Krasnodar in Southern RUSSIA. The country of
"Afghanistan" was probably added by qrz.com by mistake.
However, there have been several T6 stations active from Afghanistan. So,
you should be able to work one of them. Just stay QRV. Good luck.
