[Dx-qsl] SV2ASP/A

Hello Andy,
I have sent 3 times, spent US$ 5.00 + 1 IRC + postage and nothing so far.
I sent twice last year and once again this year and so far nothing. 
Some guys replied saying that I should change my QSL card picture. But I thought that Ham Radio has no Religion, race, color or whatever you want discriminate for.
I won't change my card because one entity that is unique so far and I still need. If my card is offending to someone just throw out. But at least reply me, and I'm sure that He don't need PY for his DXCC or whatever He does with those cards. At least I hope that the money sent are being used in a good cause.
So, start to pray for the Monks and you will be blessed with this confirmation. Or not.....
