[Dx-qsl] D2U 2002

I was trying to confirm an old QSO for a band fill on 17 meters from D2U
from 2002. It had been sent for way back when, but nothing received, and
due to life happening, I didn't notice the absence until recently.
Pathfinder shows D2U 2002 (and several other years) via CT1BFL. That
envelope was returned to me today, with a sticker on the back and the word
"Encerrado" checked off. which I believe translates to the PO Box is
locked(*).
Pathfinder also shows EA7JX as the manager for 2004 and 2006. Does anyone
know if EA7JX only handles those years or all of the logs? Or if there is
another route for D2U 2002?
