[Dx-qsl] LoTW Problems

Pardon me if this is slightly off topic, but I am trying to save a 
copy of my lotw certificates. I run tQSL Certificate 
(V1.11.ARRL.632) and right click on a certificate. I select 
properties and note that the expiration date is 2012年07月19日. I right 
click again and select save. I select a place to save it via the 
popup screen. I enter a password for the new file and have it 
confirmed. I enter the password for the certificate and get a 
popup: "Error certificate has expired" Has anyone seen this 
before? What is the problem? If I try to use this certificate to 
sign a file, there is no problem.
