Been so long since I've seen one, I was beginning to doubt in the buro.
Never doubt the buro! Buro is good!

Seriously.

Rcvd today via the W3 Incoming QSL Buro, notables include:

4T6I
AM8IL
AN5EB
EA8ZS
FJ/SP7VC
HI3/N3SY
HI3TEJ (my first card via the Global QSL print service!)
HP8/JA6REX
J3/DL3VEN
JH4UYB
JI4RDO
OH2BH
PY2YU
TO5J
YN2BQ

A few comments.

Several of these cards. well, I didn't expect them via the buro, that's for
sure. They'd been sent to the manager with an SASE for a US manager, or
with SAE + 2ドル or an IRC to an overseas manager. There's a bit of an irony
in those few (I am deliberately being vague as there may be extenuating
circumstances I'm not aware of) arriving now, you see. A ways back, I badly
needed to confirm their entities on 30 meters for DXCC; ended up getting the
proper card from someone else, mind you, so now they show up? Hmmm.

Also, well, a few of these cards were sent to my old call (WN3VAW).
Somewhere along the lines in them being handled, they were marked "via W3WN"
- hand written or via a sticker. Technically, this alters the card. Does
it alter it enough to invalidate the card for DXCC? As a practical matter
for me, it's a moot point, as I already have cards for those entities on
those particular band/fill combinations. But I'd sure hate to find out a
question had been raised on a card come checking time, because of an
alteration made for routing purposes somewhere within the bureau system.
Anyone run into this problem, or am I just being hyper? (And FWIW, I should
be seeing former WPA DXCC card checker K3AIR this weekend, so I do plan on
asking his opinion. Especially now that he's a lawyer! I'm sure it will be
for the usual fee. might be a heck of a day to light the grill, though.)
