[Dx-qsl] KZ9A or LLZ2HM exist?

Worked LZ9A in Nov 1994 - 160 meters. Sent a card to mgr LZ2HM - a follow 
up email asking about the card in Nov 07, another direct card Dec 09 and 
another email Oct 2010. All a waste of time I guess. Never a resonse from 
either of them. Is this just a waste of money and effort?
