 First hand information from VK QSL Bureau. Nenad VE3EXY
Hello Nenad,
Jim refused to use the QSL Bureau, and insisted 
all QSO's be confirmed directly with him. We have 
a letter on file with this instruction. 
Similarly, his wife Kirsti will only respond 
to direct cards.
Sadly any cards received at the WIA QSL 
Bureau, marked for Jim are returned as "Silent Key".
