[Dx-qsl] New PJ's QSL's

Since the new entity codes won't be entered in LotW until after January 1st,
the certificates needed for these new entities won't be available until then
either. Therefore, it would be pointless to try and upload the logs when
the entity codes to match don't exist in the system yet.
In other words, no matches until sometime in January, depending on exactly
when the Logbook server is updated, and when the stations can start
uploading their logs.
Of course, that's part of the beauty of Logbook. Once the data is in place,
the file uploads will only take seconds. Once they're out of the processing
queue, the matches are virtually instantaneous.

I figured (apparently wrongly) that the LOTW matches would come thru first,
but even though I have worked numerous stations in the four new entities,
not one of them has matched yet. I did get a card from PJ2/W1NG for a
couple of contacts, and he is the first and only new one so far. January is
going to be one busy month at the DXCC/LOTW desks, and that alone is going
to cause a huge backlog of application approvals.

I've received PJ2/OH1VR, PJ2DX and PJ7/K4UWH (tnx guys). The 'big boys' are
still printing their cards (thousands and thousands). Not much hurry anyway,
can't turn em in for another month.
Hang in there.
