E71A Direct 3 week turn-around

V48M via new manager W2OX
The E71A card was a surprise... even though I had included an SAE and an
IRC, the card came "naked" with no envelope. Not a complaint, just a
surprise!
And the V48M card included a note that K2SB has been ill, which is why W2OX
is now the manager, but I believe that's been covered here on the reflector
already.
