Andreas,
 
WLOTA reference is for the entire island of Sardinia.
ARLHS SAR-039 is in the harbour of the vilage Isola Rosa.
They seem to be operating from the hills overlooking the
sea, but far from the harbour.

No ARLHS but down left there is the logo for WLOTA -> number 1608.
