Andy,
I got my QSL from Kumar within 3 months back in 2005.
In emails we exchanged, he explained that he travels away from home a lot 
with his work so QSLing is done on the occasions he gets home so sometimes 
there can be long delays.
You could try an email to his QRZ.com address altho' I don't know if it's up 
to date.
