[Dx-qsl] YI9KT-SP8HKT, YI9LZ-LZ1ZF info?

With the current YI9PSE operation ongoing I took a quick at the log to
see if I had any outstanding QSL's for Iraq and came up with both YI9KT
and YI9LZ.
While I did get one QSL back from YI9KT it only confirmed one of our
three qso's. I tried contacting Richard via the email address I found
associated with his call, sp8hkt at world.pl but it came back
undeliverable. Does anyone have an alternate email address?
With regard to YI9LZ, qrz.com shows LZ1ZF as the QSL path, to which I
have previously sent a request for a card but no success there either.
Can anyone confirm or provide alternate information for this one? I did
recently send an email to LZ1ZF but have heard nothing back so far.
Does anyone know if an online log exists for either?
