[Dx-qsl] forever stamps

What surprises me is that I use the Forever stamps on all my SASE going 
to a U.S. Ham or manager but when I receive the SASE back to me 
additional postage stamps have been added to the envelope. Some people 
don't understand the concept of the Forever stamp.
