[Dx-qsl] Vietnam SSB with 3w5fm

Im still trying to get my one lousy SSB contact with Vietnam confirmed, or 
at least to be told it doesnt exist in the log. After several attempts at 
buro and direct to him, and an email that bounces , I am stumped. Does 
anyone know how/where we can contact Nikolai (Coly) Shelokov? My last card, 
sent direct 9/8/09 continues to go unanswered.
