[Dx-qsl] Another TX3A LoTW upload

Many thanks to HG5XA for the second log upload to LoTW this evening at
2017z, which included my 80 and 160 CW contacts, as well as #300 confirmed
on CW.

Because Chesterfield wasn't an all-time New One for me I was planning to
only request a bureau card, since they'd announced that the logs would be
placed on LoTW presumably after the operation. Safe to say, given the
amazing courtesy of uploading to Logbook while they're still QRV, a nice
donation shall indeed be forthcoming as a way of saying thanks! Now, if I
could just point them towards Zones 23, 24 and 27, which I still need for 80
m <grin>.
