Recently I was looking for qsl info for UN8IWA. After posting here, I 
received suggestions from KG6D and W3AWU to try emailing UN1II.
Sent email to UN1II and received the following response:

> you can send QSL direct (qrz.com) to UN7IT (Sergej Krekotnev)
> or via UN bureau

So sending my qsl to UN7IT and will see if it works.
