[Dx-qsl] ZL7ZB aka DJ4ZB - QSO with VI3CEW

I know that Lothar is SK.

Does anyone know if there is a QSL route for some of his old operations,
specifically as ZL7ZB, Chatham, in 1995.

This is not 'rare' in the pure sense for me, but it is the only QSO I ever
made with the special call VI3CEW and, given our authorities extreme
conservative (some might say backward looking) philosophy re callsigns (even
though there would be a $ in it for them), it may well be the only QSO I
ever make as a 'VI3".
