[Dx-qsl] KL7J Does Not Accept Bureau Cards

This Bureau continues to receive cards directed to KL7J via his QSL
Manager, N3SL.
Please note that KL7J has asked his manager not to accept cards coming
in via Bureau. Any such cards received by this bureau are passed on
to an elementary school teacher we know who uses the cards as an
instructional tool with her kids.
