[Dx-qsl] CY0X Sable Is.

I am still waiting QSLs from CY0DXX (1989) and CY0NSM (1992) and I am
not sure it will pay off ;-)
Received one earlier card via bureau and didn't send these direct. Seems
to be "only direct" entity now. However, hope those QSOs would be
uploaded to LoTW some day.
