[Dx-qsl] Any knowledge on these stations........

At one time Angelo was stating to put "VIA PORTUGAL" on the bottom line of the address because Cape Verde mail from the USA suposedly went through Senegal and often times was pilfered. This way it went through Portugal rather than Senegal and had a better chance of getting there ok.
