This has been a tough one for me also. I have sent twice to a UK
address. The first one Alex mailed from Russia and it 'got lost'. No
word on the second one. I then sent to HK and this is Alex's reply to
the whereabouts of that one:
"I got 2nd and 3rd batches of cards from HK. 4th is on the way. But
first batch lost on the way and I'm trying to recover it. As I haven't
seen your card I'm afraid it was in the first batch. There is little
hope that I will recover it finally but it only be known after Victory
Day."
73! Alex
So Alex promised to put my cards in the buro ... I'll be checking in the
next year.

Has anyone had any joy from XW3DT?
Numerous dollar bills have followed Alex to exotic locations without
attracting his attention.
Cards fro XW3DT have been sent to Hong Kong and Laos - is their any
other address which is OK?
