[Dx-qsl] V51AS

Received this morning 160m QSL from V51AS direct from Namibia - this is 
the second successful direct response from 
Frank.
My card was sent to his RATTINGEN address in Germany in April.
Also in my envelope were cards for 3 other G stations, one of whom is 
a subscriber to this site - am sending direct to his address (he will 
be one surprised and happy man!) - the rest will go into RSGB buro 
system.
I think Frank is really trying his best; but also hope he will appoint 
a QSL manager and then a lot of the negative publicity he unfairly 
attracts will surely disappear.
