Just received HQ8R direct from Honduras. It is stamped by "Award HF
Manager".
When entering it to the RSGB IOTA database, the following information
was shown:

NA-035 by HQ8R after 2008年03月17日 and before 2008年03月21日 :
Only cards issued by the nominated QSL manager HR2RCH are acceptable.
