[Dx-qsl] RE: HELP

For what it's worth, I have received 7X5VRK QSL's from W3HC as recently 
as 11/2007 as well as 12/2006. Of course, I have no knowledge of the 
current QSL situation.

Do not QSL 7X5VRK via N3SL. Steve has reported this week the following.
N3SL has finally heard from Algeria's Bou-Saada Radio Club, 7X5VRK.
He found out they do not use a QSL manager and they say they never
have, so, he says, "I'm not sure how W3HC, Mac, had cards for them."
But, he says, he, himself, N3SL, is definitely not the new QSL manager
for 7X5VRK. He will return all the cards he's received to the senders
as well as donations enclosed. He will be updating the info on
QRZ.COM, IK3QAR, etc. 7X5AV, Djamel, the club manager for 7X5VRK,
says the only correct route is:
BOU-SAADA Radio Club
PO Box 300HB
Bou-Saada 28200
ALGERIA
