Joe (W3HNK) - a mild coincidence - I sent an e-mail to Jack R1FJT's
manager Viv UA4CR only this morning - his e-mail address ends with with
"mail.ru" - SO FAR it hasn't bounced.
Regarding HP (Panama, not Hewlett Packard (hi!)) QSLing - I have
received 2 separate cards from Louis HP3XUG this year - the outgoing
mail from Panama does not appear to be a problem tho each card took 3
weeks to get here ... mail TO Panama is the big issue - Louis has an
APO San Francisco address which smooths the ride - maybe OH0XX (who is
a great op and equally good QSLer) should consider appointing a
manager?
