[Dx-qsl] need help with ST0/PA3CXC

Hello Andrey,
I have a card from the operator/manager. It was to the Netherlands back in 
1990. Here is the E-mail address for PA3CXC in Kenya. Note that the Southern 
Sudan is now a deleted counter for DXCC purposes.

I obtained the address from the QRZ.com site for PA3CXC which still lists 
his address in Europe, but the E-mail address is in Kenya.
