No record of any callsign even close to that spotted in 2007 or 2006, 
nor advertised in any DX bulletin. San Andres is always on a few 
times a year - should be easy as heck to work another one. Look for 
5J0E and/or 5J0X in contests. Both were active and easily workable on 
low power earlier this year, SSB and CW, as well as HK0GU who I think 
lives there.
