in Russia we have postage rate 24 rubles per AIR MAIL 20 gramms envelope . Just C6 envelope price 1.2 rubles . Same local post office in several cities accept ONLY standard Russian envelope - so SAL is better then SAE . The banks exchange 1$=24.2rubles - just in border for SAE. Remember that IRC never selling in Russia - but accept in post .
