Dick,
Do they allow use of 'Forever' stamps for combination to
top up overseas costs?
In Canada you can combine three 'Forevers' (currently 52c)
and add 4c extra stamp for one overseas stamp. 
3x52c + 4c = 1ドル.60 (CDN).
Also Forever at 52c can be used in combination with any other 
non-Forever stamps

Yup, books of 20 only. By as many as you want on-line for cost plus

They're shipped Priority Mail and you'll get them in about two days.
