Yes, you are right Danny, only it is more easy to mark just "58" instead "57-59 QSB" while 300k contacts should be confirmed. That would make process more faster. Interesting because not so often after making so big amount of contacts op is sending QSL back with such detailed info. And don't forget HANDWRITTEN QSLs!!!
