I had no problem getting 5V7FA for a QSL back in December 1998 and
approved by ARRL. OTOH, I got into a real mess with Michel Hamoniaux,
PY3ZM/F (ex HH2HM, OK8ZM). That manager was a walking disaster area and
was finally had all his QSL's blackballed by ARRL. Unfortunately I lost
a few GS dealing with that joker.
