Hello Guys,
The F6FNU QSL police has been controversial, however, a lot of people, 
me included, say that he is quite reliable.
In fact, he never failed to send the card once the enough postage were 
included. No extra money and no extra IRC were never asked, just the 
proper postage.
I must say that Antoine Baldeck was one of the most reliable manager 
that I have ever worked with. He used to have his own rules, very 
reasonable, I have to say, and once you agreed with them you were 
absolutely sure to get very fast the confirmation you asked to.
Finally, a last word, his logs were never closed, no mater how long the 
QSO had done.
