[Dx-qsl] TI9KK rcvd today - sort of....

I also got my TI9KK card today. Also postmarked from N.C. with no stamp 
on the envelope. Guess I'm lucky I got it. I got all my 80/40/20/17 
QSO's confirmed but not my 160 CW Q.

Hi Fred,
I had even enclosed a small donation with the cards which would have 
been more than sufficient for return postage. Even from Spain. Guess I 
didn't donate enough. Hi!Hi!
The label on the card that I received looks like it could hold up to 
about 9 QSOs but it only had 3 on it. I'll try emailing the manager.
