I totally agree. I have called Bill as well as emailed him and have
had absolutely NO problem. In fact I just rec'd a email from him a
few minutes ago regarding a card not counted on 20 meters and I am
SURE it will be resolved in just a few hours.
Don't be shy, give Bill a call and check on your status.
