I'm very happy that yesterday I received QSLs of YC8RSW/P(OC-236) and
YC7IPZ(OC-166) from Kadek, YB9BU for back log QSOs dated in year 2000, which
I didn't receive from
YC8TXW, the former QSL manager after several tries.
Thanks to the information on 425 DX news on QSL manager change and specially
to
Kadek, YB9AU.
