I just worked 3B8FG again, and it was a new band/mode QSO (why work him, you
will probably ask!! - well, because he is there, and my ego). 
 
Has anybody, recently, received a QSL card from him.
 
All my efforts have been a complete failure, and I will not bother unless
there is a way that at least gives my QSL a fighting chance.
 
Thanks for any information anyone may provide.
