[Dx-qsl] Summary - OX3KQ QSLs

Thanks for the feedback folks. Guess I'm not alone in waiting for a 
QSL from Jesper OX3KQ.
Boye OZ7C suggested that I look for OX3XR who has a manager in 
Denmark, but this QSO was on 75M SSB, and finding ANY OX on 75M from 
Texas is a challenge!
But some good news. Fred K3ZO reports that on 8 January the ARRL 
Third Call Area Incoming QSL Bureau received a large shipment from 
the OZ Bureau, and included were number of cards from OX3KQ for 
three-land DXers. So maybe the 5-land bureau got some too.
