[Dx-qsl] QSL for OD5NH

I've worked the man twice and gotten reply QSL's twice.
One time direct with green stamps. Got a nice card back.
One time via WF5E's service. Got my own QSL back stamped "confirmed."
Considering the political unrest in his part of the world, I would not be at
all surprised to learn that some of his mail has been pilfered or
misdirected. We've argued over THAT concept with other DX stations ad
infinitum ad nauseum on this and other reflectors...
And frankly, careful observation of many of the posted complaints points to
a very small number of amateurs screaming loud and often, and a slightly
larger group that parrots the screaming. This not to say that the original
complaint (of an unreturned card) isn't valid, but it's all too easy to
brand someone a GS collector without knowing more of the facts behind the
situation.

Subject: [Dx-qsl] QSL for OD5NH
My problem QSL of 2007 is OD5NH, and I'm sure
I am not alone.
Every time Puzant is on the air, there is a screaming
crowd of "Dollar Collector" "$$$$$" on the spotting
nets. I don't think that is fair.
I give Puzant the benefit of the doubt. I bet he QSLs
every card he receives.
Obviously, I don't think he receives every card that
is sent to him.
I am trying to think outside the box. Do you think
there is another way to send cards to him? What
about like a FedEx letter or UPS Letter? I think
the problem with that is he uses a PO Box, not
to mention the 50ドル price tag. Maybe a few of us
could go together on a Fedex or UPS Letter?
Any thoughts?
