[Dx-qsl] Postage payment via PayPal?

I agree. It's a great idea and I'd gladly pay the ~5% surcharge.
It's peanuts compared to how much we've all spent over the years
in lost postage.
I'm surprised more QSL managers haven't caught on to PayPal already.
I've been using PayPal for over 6 years for all my interface cable sales.
