I will be uploading all 8P9RY QSOs to LotW when I return home.
I would have preferred to be uploading LotW confirmations in real time to
cut down on insurance QSOs, but the 8P9RY license didn't arrive until the
Friday before I left (took 2+ months), so the ARRL's certificate didn't
arrive until after I left, but I can't install that certificate on the
laptop I brought with me because TQSL Certs complains that a file associated
with the certificate request is missing form "c:documents and settings";
doubtless its present on the PC at home from which I generated the
certificate request.
