You may try direct. As far as bureau is concerned he was 
a very good QSL-er, and all of a sudden he stopped 
responding via the bureau without explanation.

What's the group's experience with QSLs via VE2XO?
My own experience has been erratic. I have less than a 50% return rate
for direct requests. 
Just thought I'd ask before I send off some more re-requests into the
black hole.... 
At least W-VE is still cheaper than an IRC.... :-)
