[Dx-qsl] new one good and bad

TR8CA via LOTW today, for a 2006 contact.
 Sadly, envelope from BS7H with a NOT IN LOG, written on my card. I heard
it - a SWL heard it and reported he heard us both make it, but it didnt make
it into the BS7H log. Probably my last chance at HR #1
