 From the number of damaged items I receive,
the number of items supposedly posted to me
but do not arrive, the number of "missent to..."
items that eventually arrive, all the registered items
I have posted to USA but were not properly
handled & all the reports here of how IRCs are
treated by USPS, USA's post is not exactly a
shining example of reliability or honesty (if doing
what one agreed to & is obliged to do is a metric
for honesty).
That's based on still living outside the USA &
receiving a lot of mail from pretty much
everywhere over >20 years. The presumption
that everything posted from USA finds its way
on to the correct aeroplane has long been a bit
of a stretch.
