I've given up trying to get valid IRCs from any post office around 
here. Any experience pro or con on sending Russian stamps (eg. from 
K3FN)? Most Russian DXers/managers say GS should be avoided. I've 
got an aging stack of cards that I'd like to get out, including but 
certainly not limited to a nice bundle to UA4WHX... (I'd been 
holding off hoping to get IRCs)
