Unfortunately, most buros are slow and not very reliable. Many
countries that used to run very efficient buros no longer have
any. I still use the buro where possible, but it seems that direct
is more and more common, and the buros are being slowly replaced with
electronic confirmations like LoTW and eQSL. This is the 21st
century, and things are changing.
Regarding CO8LY, I ave worked him many times on various bands
and modes. When I needed a confirmation, I sent direct to his
manager and I always received a QSL card. I find his QSLing policy
quite acceptable. Thanks Eduardo!
