[Dx-qsl] Ivory Coast

Hi Folks,
in 2003 worked few stations from TU2 on 10m, there are TU2MA and TU2CI. These guys did not have QSL managers and I sent QSLs direct to Ivory Coast. After waiting more than 1 year and getting nothing in return tried to contact with both guys via e-amil to ask them about status of my QSLs and got silence in return only. Then have sent another two QSLs direct. After all decided that is black hole and no hope to get QSL card from there. 
And what is surprise, I have received QSL from TU2CI today (my last direct request was on 25.02.2006)! It was in my original envelope. Almost three years my QSL waited for the turn, hi. The envelope has two stamps, the first one with name of city "Crailsheim" (I guess German city) and second one with something like "Entgelt bezahlt Taxe percue".
So, never lose your hope waiting for QSL from anywhere.
