[Dx-qsl] Need Help - 3XM6JR and 3XD2Z

Hi to all.
Looking for advice from the group for QSL cards from 3XM6JR and 3XD2Z.
Worked both stations multiple times over a period of months. Cards 
sent directly to both in 2006 and 2007.
Recent e-mails to UA6JR and RW3AZ have not been answered.
I assume that there are piles of unanswered direct and bureau QSL 
requests sitting in Moscow waiting to be answered and that both Serge 
and Alex are "on the road" again. Can anyone confirm the currect QTH 
of either Serge or Alex? And, maybe a possible return date to Moscow??
