[Dx-qsl] more VP6DX matches

I dont know why, but I again received some VP6DX matches on LOTW. This is
at least the fourth time I have gotten them reported via the LOTW site back
to me. I cant imagine why they continue to resend the same logs to LOTW,
but they arent the only ones that seem to do that, multiple times. Even as
fast as a few contacts uploaded, would seem to load the LOTW site
excessively, given the numbers of QSOs already in there.
