 Andy,
Chris responds to direct requests within 3-4 weeks.
Aparently, he is operating under special permission on 30mtrs.
He is not the only A4 station on 30m. A45WD was also active
on this band.

Thank you for the information Jose. Planning to make DXCC submission on
late April sent QSL direct to A45XR more than 2 months ago. Nothing in
return. Seems like no reason to hurry, DXCC desk did not get
documentation yet. Maybe next time.
